Medical degrees and internship certificates must be officially attested and equivalized from the UAE Embassy of the issuing country, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (UAE) and Ministry of Education (UAE).
Applicants must obtain a certificate of equivalence from the UAE Ministry of Education to ensure the qualification is accepted within the UAE education system.
Any document not issued in Arabic or English must be translated into English by a notarized translator to ensure clarity and accuracy.
Non-UAE graduates must prove proficiency via TOEFL (550+), IELTS Academic (6+) or OET (300, with C+ in all sections). UAE graduates are exempt with a letter confirming English as the medium of instruction.
UAE graduates submit their final GPA transcript, while non-UAE graduates must complete an ECE evaluation.

All candidates must undergo Primary Source Verification (Dataflow) of their degree and internship certificates.
Relevant work experience, research, publications, clinical skill courses, clinical attachments, paper presentations, conferences, volunteering and academic awards will strengthen your application.

Final admission decisions are communicated after the Cross Match.
Cross Match is the final matching process where accepted candidates ranked by multiple UAE training entities can choose their preferred training program. Selection into the Dubai Residency Programme can feel difficult if you're not careful at each step.
Residency training positions are offered across a wide network of hospitals in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates.
The EHS Residency Programme is under Emirates Health Services / Ministry of Health.
